Greg founded Vane (formerly BillFront) in 2015 and has been leading the company’s growth as CEO since.
In the twelve years prior to Vane, Greg went from Summer Analyst at Deutsche Bank’s M&A Advisory Team in Frankfurt and Hong Kong to Senior Executive Director in the TMT Investment Banking Group of JPMorgan in London and New York. During his career in banking, he executed M&A transactions with an aggregate volume of over US$100 billion and raised more than US$50 billion in debt and equity capital for TMT companies.
With over 13 years of experience in investment banking at Commerzbank and BNP Paribas in London, Natalie joined Vane in 2017. She is responsible for risk and legal-related affairs at Vane. She is currently looking after her little one but is looking forward to being back in late 2022 to build and help more companies fund their growth with Vane.
Matt began his career in Hong Kong, later returning to London where he has spent the last 8 years in digital lending, including at MarketFinance and FastPay. Matt leads the commercial side of Vane, driving the business forward through business development and market expansion. Matt graduated with a First in Business Economics from University of Exeter.
Andy joined Vane in 2021, providing interim support as CRO whilst Natalie is on leave. Andy has 20 years experience as an investment professional in London, covering Royal Bank of Scotland, Octopus Investments and latterly as Head of Structured Finance at 23 Capital. Andy graduated with a 1st-class honours in Economics from The London School of Economics and is AMCT qualified.
Aditya started his professional career in corporate Banking where he worked for Citi and MUFG mainly covering the Automotive, Retail and Tech Industry. He joined Vane in 2020, looking after customer relationships, developing strategic partnerships and generating new business. He holds a BA (political Science, TU Darmstadt), a BSc (Finance, Goethe University) and a MSc in Finance (University of Sheffield).
Nicole started her professional career in the start-up scene. Through her previous role as Head of Finance & Business Intelligence at Voya, a mobility start-up belonging to the VW group, Nicole has proven experience in various different areas including overall finance, M&A activities, compliance, group reporting, business intelligence, and operations.
Nicole joined Vane in mid-2022 as Head of Finance to support the further growth of Vane. She hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from University of Mannheim.
After 7 years in an investment boutique, James moved over the wall to start ups. Initially working in the developing cloud accounting ecosystem, he later moved back to lending, blending his experience and knowledge. James joined Vane in 2021 as Head of Operations, in charge of allowing Vane to be a global, scalable enterprise. James graduated from Exeter University with a degree in Maths.
