Your monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement

Please upload your monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement in Excel format for the last 12 months. If you have more months available, that is preferable. If more than one corporate entity, please upload financials for the borrower *and* the Consolidated Group.

You can submit this information in one of the two ways:

a) monthly management accounts prepared by you;
or b) monthly financial reports exported from your accounting software. Please note that the monthly breakdown format is important as we need to see how your company has developed over time in granular detail.

Why do we need this?

We ask for this data so we can assess the current and historical financial position of your company. Our analysis of this data will define the terms we can offer you for the credit facility and ensure that they are aligned with your growing working capital requirements.

1. A chart that graphically shows the company entity structure (ie the holding company and all the relevant subsidiaries). Please mark which entity is the operating entity that contracts with your clients.

2. A brief overview of what each entity does as well as marking which entity is the operating entity that contracts with their clients

Why do we need this?

This helps us understand your overall company entity structure and which markets (legal jurisdictions) you operate in.

Customer (Debtor) contracts

Underlying contracts for your main debtors.
