After being founded in 2015 in Berlin, we’ve grown to a diverse team of experienced finance and technology professionals with a local presence in the U.S., the UK and Germany.

Natalie Münch
Managing Director & CRO
Natalie Münch is Managing Director at Vane, where she helps SME founders and finance leaders access smart, flexible growth capital.
With over 15 years of experience across corporate banking and fintech lending, Natalie combines institutional credit expertise with a practical understanding of how growing businesses operate. She leads Vane’s financing strategy and oversees the full lifecycle of SME funding solutions: from structuring to long-term partnership.
Nicole Fauss
Chief Financial Officer
Nicole started her professional career in the start-up scene. Through her previous role as Head of Finance & Business Intelligence at Voya, a mobility start-up belonging to the VW group, Nicole has proven experience in various different areas including overall finance, M&A activities, compliance, group reporting, business intelligence, and operations. Nicole joined Vane in mid-2022 as Head of Finance to support the further growth of Vane. She hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from University of Mannheim.
